I watched her tireless dedication to the families in her care when I worked as the office manager for the social services agency where we worked. These were families in which the children were removed from their parent(s)'s care. This role required a complex set of duties including assessing needs, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress toward goals, supervising visits between parent(s)'s and their child(ren), modeling and teaching effective parenting skills, and maintaining the safety of children at all times. Ariana was very successful in managing all of these duties and in helping families to achieve their goals. Her strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of child development help her to excel in her work. Ariana has a natural gift for caring for little ones! She was a wonderful nanny to our 6 month old for 4 months. She prepared bottles and baby cereal, got our little one dressed for the day, and planned engaging and fun activities such as story time, tummy time, and outside play. She is reliable and punctual.
